My first blog about real estate.
Blogging about your business can help your web presence because blogs are searchable content. The more content you have on your website, the better.
This is where I’ll post real estate related info including mortgage information, average house prices (in Loganville, Grayson, Lawrenceville, the Brookwood High School District, and other areas that are of interest), and much more info in an attempt to inform the public that the real estate industry is doing better than what the media is saying.

When you buy property, you arent just buying a building and the ground it is on. You are also purchasing a great big mortgage, which will seem to grow a life of its own. Mortgages are strange financial bodies made up of the principal, interest rates, taxes and fees. Paying off one body part of the mortgage doesnt necessarily mean you have paid off the other parts.
